At Moon Hospitality, we are committed to renovating existing real estate assets by implementing concrete actions to give them new life while preserving their historical and architectural value. Our interventions include the use of sustainable materials, the integration of energy-efficient technologies, and the improvement of the buildings' overall energy efficiency .
We also strive to modernize the infrastructure while adhering to the strictest environmental standards, preserving the original architectural elements. Our goal is to make the heritage not only more sustainable and eco-friendly but also more attractive and functional for future generations.
During the repositioning led by Aziz Temimi of the Hôtel de l'Océan, owned by the TK Investissements group, the priority was to create modern and flexible common areas while preserving the authenticity of the building and existing structures.

At the Nectar by Maison Mère restaurant, owned by TK Investissements and managed by Aziz Temimi, we collaborate with Parisian merchants to supply the kitchen with local products: Taka et Vermo (Cheesemonger), Maison Dehesa (Grocery), Valrhona (Chocolatier), etc.

In 2023, Hôtel Maison Mère, owned by TK Investissements and managed by Aziz Temimi, was awarded the Clef Verte label, the first French responsible tourism label. Its restaurant, Nectar by Maison Mère, received the Ecotable label and is now recognized as an eco-friendly restaurant.
