Our Location Criteria
A Diversified Search
At Moon Hospitality, we seek real estate assets with a high potential in the temporary housing sector, primarily hotels that are to be renovated or are not operational. We favor properties located in Paris and its inner suburbs, in tourist or business districts, with a size of over 400 m², a minimum of 25 rooms or 10 apartments.
